Welcome to SportsLife. By accessing or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Account Registration
To use SportsLife, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
2. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you post on SportsLife. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the App and for promotional purposes.
You are solely responsible for the content you post and represent that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to share the content
- Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
- Your content complies with these Terms and applicable laws
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload viruses or malicious code
- Collect or harvest user data without consent
- Use the App for any unauthorized commercial purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
- Create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes
- Post spam, unsolicited promotions, or repetitive content
- Bully, harass, or intimidate other users
4. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without prior notice. Users can report content and other users through the App's built-in reporting tools.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by SportsLife and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.
6. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or the App. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings.
Upon termination:
- Your right to access the App ceases immediately
- Your content may be deleted within 30 days
- Provisions that by their nature should survive (such as liability limitations) will remain in effect
7. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We are not responsible for:
- Content posted by other users
- Any injuries or damages resulting from activities discussed on the App
- Third-party services or links shared within the App
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportsLife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
